Nancy Artioli is currently an assistant professor at the university of Brescia (RTD-B SSD ING-IND/24). From 2015 to 2021, she was a lecturer in chemical engineering at Queen’s University Belfast. Over the past six years she has developed a research group on heterogeneous catalysis which focuses on environmental protection, sustainable energy, and carbon neutral technologies.

Nancy graduated in Chemical Engineering (MSc) at the Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in 2008 and in 2012 she received the PhD title from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. From August 2010 to August 2011, as part of the PhD program, she was Visiting Scholar at the Laboratory for the Science and Application of Catalysis (LSAC), University of California at Berkeley (USA). She worked as Post-doctoral fellow from April 2012 to October 2013 at the Laboratory of Catalysis and Catalytic Processes (LCCP) at the Politecnico di Milano and then, from November 2013 to August 2015, at the Laboratory of Catalysis and Spectrochemistry (LCS) in Caen (France). She became Lecturer in Chemical Engineering in the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Queen’s University Belfast in September 2015.
